Founded with the mission of bringing higher-level training to our first responder community. By bringing in experienced and talented adjunct instructors from multiple disciplines, our hope is to help shape the next generation of heroes in this challenging world.

Greg R.

Founder

Greg is a Registered Nurse, Army Combat Veteran, and retired Federal Air Marshal with over 23 years of federal law enforcement experience. He served in Iraq as a Military Police Lieutenant and has spent decades working in healthcare as an EMT, Advanced EMT, and now a practicing RN, bringing extensive real-world emergency and patient care experience to his work.

Greg is dedicated to training first responders, healthcare professionals, and community members in First Aid, CPR, and professional certification courses. His background across law enforcement, military service, and healthcare allows him to provide practical, high-quality instruction with a strong focus on preparedness, confidence, and public safety.

Katie R.

Co-founder

Katie is a Registered Nurse and 2025 Cum Laude graduate of the ADN program at CT State Community College–Three Rivers, with prior CNA training. She serves as a private duty nurse and separately as a charge nurse in a skilled nursing facility, providing compassionate, patient-centered care and case management. Her background also includes preclinical biopharmaceutical research, medical administration, and massage and neuromuscular therapy.

Katie is passionate about helping others succeed and is committed to ongoing professional growth. She provides clear, supportive instruction in First Aid, CPR, and certification preparation, creating a welcoming and confidence-building environment for every client.
