Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Payment Cancellation, Rebooking and Company Policy

Cancellation and Rebooking Policy

Due to limited class size s and reserved seating, all transactions are non-refundable once a class is booked.

- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class will require a full payment to rebook.

- Late Arrivals: a 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this time will be considered a no-show and will require full payment to reschedule.

- Rebooking Fees:

- Rebooking more than 72 hours prior to class: No fee.

- Rebooking within 72 hours of class: $50 fee.

- Rescheduling Window: All rescheduling must occur within 30 days of the original class date.

- Instructor Courses: If required materials are not provided at the time of class, a $75 rebooking fee will apply.

- Blended Courses: If the required online portion is not completed prior to class time, the participant must pay the full course fee again to rebook.

- Same-Day Rebooking: New course dates must be selected, and payment completed, on the same day as the missed or incomplete course.

Payment, Chargebacks, Stop Payments and Legal Enforcement

Payment Policy:

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of any class unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Chargebacks, Stop payments, and Legal Enforcement:

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, stop payment, or payment dispute that violates this policy--especially after a course has been attended, completed, and/or certification has been issued--will be considered a breach of this agreement.

Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover all costs associated with services rendered. By purcahsing, you agree to be financially responsible for:

- The full cost of the course or service.

- All legal fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred in the recovery process.

Refusal of Service

Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC reserves the right to refuse service without refund under any of the following conditions:

1. Disruptive or Threatening Behavior - including verbal abuse, harrassment, or threats toward staff or participants.

2. Violation of Company Policies - Including dress code requirements or prohibited items (e.g., weapons, non-service animals)

3. Health and Safety Risks - Including visible intoxication, poor hygiene, or behavior that poses a risk to others.

4. Illegal Activity - Suspected involvement in unlawful actions such as theft.

5. Refusal to Pay - Including prior history of non-payment or refusal to comply with payment requirements.

Cancellation of Courses

Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC reserves the right to cancel or alter any scheduled program. Courses may be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason including low enrollment, inclement weather, disaster, and acts of God, instructor unavailability, and site availability. If a course is canceled or rescheduled, Customer Support will notify enrolled participants of the class by email or phone.

Weather Cancellations:

- Instructors may issue a rescheduling notification at their discretion.

- Cancellations due to inclement weather will also be posted to https://Advancedtrainingandtestingofct.com

- If student is unable to attend the selected date due to weather, then standard cancellations policies apply.

- Registered participants of a cancelled or rescheduled course may reschedule at no cost to another course session.

- No refunds will be issued under any weather-related circumstances.

Meeting Room Terms of Service

This Meeting Room Term of Service (Agreement) is between Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC (Owner) and the Party Renting Meeting Space (Renter):

Purpose of Rental

The Owner agrees to rent to Renter the meeting room(s) described on the website for lawful business, professional, educational, or training purposes only. No other use is permitted without prior written approval by the Owner. During the check-out process, the Renter should designate what the purpose of the rental is for along with the date and duration of time needed for use. Access outside the agreed rental time may result in additional fees.

Use of Facility and Conduct:

Renter agrees to use the space responsibly and professionally. Renter will comply with local, state and federal laws. Renter will not exceed maximum occupancy and will not engage in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons are prohibited unless approved in writing by Owner.

Renter is responsible for leaving the room in the same condition as received. Any damage, missing equipment, or excessive cleaning required will be billed to renter.

Renter is responsible for proper use of all equipment. Owner is not responsible for technical issues beyond reasonable control.

Liability & Indemification

Renter assumes full responsibility for all persons attending the event and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from use of the facility.

Owner shall not be liable for failure to perform under this agreement due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, emergencies or government orders.

On-site Training Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all on-site training services provided by Advanced Testing and Training of CT, LLC. By scheduling training services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

A minimum charge equivalent to six (6) student registrations applies to all on-site training sessions. If fewer than six participants attend a scheduled course, the client will still be billed for the six-student minimum. Additional participants will be billed at the applicable per-student rate.

On-site training locations within twenty-five (25) miles of Advanced Testing and Training of CT, LLC are included at no additional travel charge. Locations beyond this distance may be subject to a travel fee based on mileage, travel time, tolls, parking expenses, and other related costs incurred by the instructor. Any applicable travel fees will be disclosed and approved prior to confirmation of the training date. Travel fees may include a charge of $50 for locations between 26 and 50 miles, $100 for locations between 51 and 75 miles, and custom pricing for locations exceeding 75 miles.

The client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and suitable training environment that accommodates all participants. The training area must include adequate seating, sufficient workspace for practical skills training, and access to electrical outlets when necessary. The client shall ensure the training environment remains free from excessive distractions that may interfere with the learning process.

Training dates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Advanced Testing and Training of CT, LLC. To ensure proper course preparation and certification processing, the client should provide a final participant count no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled training session.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made more than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled training date may be accommodated without penalty, subject to instructor availability. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled training date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to fifty percent (50%) of the total training cost. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or circumstances that prevent the instructor from conducting the class upon arrival may result in the client being charged the full training fee, including any travel expenses incurred.

Participants must successfully complete all required course objectives, skills evaluations, and attendance requirements established by the applicable certifying organization in order to receive certification. Certification issuance is subject to the standards and policies of the training provider and certifying agency.

Payment is due upon booking unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Advanced Testing and Training of CT, LLC reserves the right to postpone or reschedule training sessions due to severe weather, instructor illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the client promptly and arrange an alternative training date.

The client agrees that Advanced Testing and Training of CT, LLC shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, losses, delays, or interruptions arising from conditions at the training site, actions of participants, or circumstances beyond the company's control. The client remains responsible for maintaining a safe environment throughout the training session.

By scheduling, authorizing, or paying for an on-site training session, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms of Service. All offsite training sessions are subject to the minimum six-student charge, together with any applicable travel fees, tolls, parking charges, or facility access fees, regardless of the number of participants who ultimately attend the training.
