Discounted rates are available for bulk and group bookings, making it a cost-effective way to train multiple participants at once.
FAQs & Policies
Ensure online training is complete prior to beginning of class and certificate of completion is brought day of class or assessment
Due to limited class size s and reserved seating, all transactions are non-refundable once a class is booked.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class will require a full payment to rebook.
- Late Arrivals: a 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this time will be considered a no-show and will require full payment to reschedule.
- Rebooking Fees:
    - Rebooking more than 72 hours prior to class: No fee.
    - Rebooking within 72 hours of class: $50 fee.
- Rescheduling Window: All rescheduling must occur within 30 days of the original class date.
- Instructor Courses: If required materials are not provided at the time of class, a $75 rebooking fee will apply.
- Blended Courses: If the required online portion is not completed prior to class time, the participant must pay the full course fee again to rebook.
- Same-Day Rebooking: New course dates must be selected, and payment completed, on the same day as the missed or incomplete course.
Payment Policy:
All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of any class unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.Â
Chargebacks, Stop payments, and Legal Enforcement:
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, stop payment, or payment dispute that violates this policy--especially after a course has been attended, completed, and/or certification has been issued--will be considered a breach of this agreement.
Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover all costs associated with services rendered. By purcahsing, you agree to be financially responsible for:
- The full cost of the course or service.
-Â All legal fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred in the recovery process.
Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC reserves the right to refuse service without refund under any of the following conditions:
1. Disruptive or Threatening Behavior - including verbal abuse, harrassment, or threats toward staff or participants.
2. Violation of Company Policies - Including dress code requirements or prohibited items (e.g., weapons, non-service animals)
3. Health and Safety Risks - Including visible intoxication, poor hygiene, or behavior that poses a risk to others.
4. Illegal Activity - Suspected involvement in unlawful actions such as theft.
5. Refusal to Pay - Including prior history of non-payment or refusal to comply with payment requirements.
Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC reserves the right to cancel or alter any scheduled program. Courses may be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason including low enrollment, inclement weather, disaster, and acts of God, instructor unavailability, and site availability. If a course is canceled or rescheduled, Customer Support will notify enrolled participants of the class by email or phone.Â
Weather Cancellations:
- Instructors may issue a rescheduling notification at their discretion.
- Cancellations due to inclement weather will also be posted to https://Advancedtrainingandtestingofct.com
- If student is unable to attend the selected date due to weather, then standard cancellations policies apply.
- Registered participants of a cancelled or rescheduled course may reschedule at no cost to another course session.
